The company has organized its businesses into two segments, namely Powertrain and Chassis Products and Specialty Products. The Powertrain and Chassis Products business segment derives maximum revenue and is comprised of the Driveline and On-Highway business units, while the business units under the Specialty Products business segment are Couplings, Fluid Transfer Systems (FTS), and Off-Highway.
