Business description
Vertis Infrastructure Trust formerly, Highways Infrastructure Trust is an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT). The objectives of the Trust are to undertake activities as an infrastructure investment trust in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI Regulations and the Trust Deed. The principal activity of the Trust is to own and invest in the road sector in India. All the road projects are implemented and held through special purpose vehicles.
