Is the event complimentary to attend?
Attendance is complimentary for financial advisers or professionals who make investment recommendations in a research or advisory capacity. Product issuer representatives, fund managers, and related staff are required to sponsor, purchase an individual ticket, or attend as a sponsored guest. Individual investors are not permitted to attend.
Registrations without a valid AFSL number will be cancelled.
When will the agenda be released?
The 2026 agenda will be released in February.
How many CPD points can I earn at MICAU?
As a guide, the 2025 Morningstar Investment Conference was approved for 12.5 CPD points by the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA). We anticipate a similar level in 2026.
Can I attend digitally?
Yes. The Event Prelude is digital only, while the Main Event offers both in-person and digital attendance options.
