Its business segments include: Residential segment comprises apartments in apartment buildings but also includes townhouses; Community segment comprises schools, elderly care units, LSS units and properties where municipal and governmental agencies/authorities conduct its business.; and Education segment comprises preschools, compulsory/upper-secondary schools and universities.
