This is complemented by the Service & Support business, featuring the “Tanomail” office-supply mail-order service and "Tayoreru" maintenance contracts. Operating through a dense nationwide network, Otsuka functions as the outsourced IT department for companies that lack one, providing a single, trusted point of contact for all technology and office needs.
