The Fund is focused on investing in attractively priced businesses with sound growth prospects or strategic value. It will pursue opportunities not on the radar of mainstream investment managers and will engage in ongoing constructive dialogue with the businesses in which the Fund invests. It will primarily invest in micro-to-mid cap companies listed on the ASX but will consider opportunities further afield.
