The Trust invests in a range of Australian and New Zealand listed (and unlisted) companies predominantly comprised of smaller and mid-cap stocks which Perennial, the investment manager, believes are Better Future Investments. The portfolio will hold in the range of 25 to 70 stocks. The Trust is authorised to invest up to 10% in cash. The Trust is authorised to utilise derivative instruments for risk management purposes, subject to the specific restriction that they cannot be used to gear portfolio exposure.
