The investment strategy is based on identifying and investing in medium and longer term themes and trends. The Fund Manager uses top down analysis to identify these trends and themes and then detailed bottom up analysis to select investments that are positioned to benefit from them. These may be short as well as long investments. The Manager then seeks to build a diversified portfolio of investments on this basis. Some investments may be tactical and shorter-term in nature.
