When fully invested, the Fund expects to have a portfolio of circa ten Investments at any one time. Each Investment by the Fund will be an interest in a closed-ended, single investment fund managed by Barwon (Sub Fund). These Sub Funds will make investments with the following characteristics:
▪ Loans to property owners and developers;
▪ Secured by a first-ranking mortgage over property;
▪ Loan-to-value ratio on the loans typically not exceeding 65%; and
▪ All secured property located in Australia, and typically in major metro regions.
