The Fund's strategy is to: acquire a national portfolio of investment grade agricultural and agri-logistics real estate assets, aggregate a portfolio of scale, targeting properties with strong ESG credentials, focus on properties leased to reputable tenants, with strong lease covenants, focus on higher revenue producing sectors such as protected cropping, intensive perennial cropping, associated water licenses, infrastructure and agri-logistic facilities.
