Coolabah Floating-Rate Hi Yld AI Class ETL5010AU Strategy
The Fund focusses on generating higher income than other traditional fixed income investments by investing in a portfolio of investment-grade Australian Floating-Rate Notes (FRNs) and enhancing the yields (or interest-rate) through the use of gearing (or leverage). The FRNs will predominately be Australian bank-issued senior and Tier 2 bonds with an average rating of “A”. However, the Fund also has the capacity to invest in government bonds and corporate bonds.
