The aim of the Fund is to provide its Wholesale Client Investors with returns of at least the Target Rate of Return whilst preserving capital. It aims are to be achieved through investment in interests in registered mortgage assets, through investing in ARK Wholesale Mortgage Fund syndicated investments. ARK Wholesale Mortgage Fund syndicated investments are separate and distinct investments of the ARK Wholesale Mortgage Fund in respect of which ARK Capital Funds Limited also serves as trustee.
