The Fund invests substantially all of its assets in the Underlying Fund, a registered managed investment scheme of which Vinva is the responsible entity and investment manager. The Underlying Fund invests substantially all of its assets in global listed securities (or derivatives that provide exposure to global listed securities or indices).
