The Fund will, at least initially, invest substantially all of its assets in the Master Fund. The Master Fund will invest in a select number of credit funds, including but not limited to non-traded Business Development Companies, which provide financing primarily to US-based companies. This provides investors with the ability to invest in privately originated loans, including but not limited to, companies and offers the potential for higher income when compared to public fixed income.
