In seeking its investment objective the Fund invests substantially all of its assets in shares of the BlackRock Strategic Funds – Systematic Style Factor Fund (Underlying Fund). The Underlying Fund has been selected as the primary investment of the Fund as it provides exposure to a factor based quantitative investment strategy which aims to achieve absolute returns with low correlation to market movements over the longer-term.
