To achieve the Fund’s investment objective, the Trustee proposes to, where possible: • promote the new Northern Health hospital tenancy to the local community, including rebranding from ‘Epping Private Hospital’ to ‘Epping Day Hospital and Medical Centre’ to better reflect the breadth of the facility’s services; • manage existing tenant relationships and any short to mid-term lease expiries, including i-Med, GenesisCare and DPV Health.
