TPG Private Equity Opportunities AUT I

The Underlying Fund’s investment objective is to generate investment returns by providing investors with broad exposure to investments across the private equity strategies of TPG. The Underlying Fund will seek to construct an attractive and diversified portfolio of private equity assets primarily by making direct co-investments in transactions executed by TPG’s private equity strategies and, to a lesser extent, primary fund commitments to such strategies.
