The retail segment acquires, develops, and leases shopping malls, community centers as well as retail centers. Commercial segment acquires develops and leases offices. Out of which Retail segment is a key revenue driver. Geographically, it has a presence in South Africa, Austria, and Slovakia, out of which the majority of its revenue is generated from South Africa.
