Business description
Suntec REIT owns a SGD 12.2 billion portfolio (as of Sept. 30, 2026) of income-producing office and retail properties in Singapore, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The majority of its assets, by value, are offices (78%) and are located in Singapore (72%). Its flagship asset is Suntec City, one of Singapore's largest integrated developments, consisting of offices, retail, and a convention center. The trust is externally managed by Suntec Trust Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Acrophyte Asset Management, which is part of the Tang Organization controlled by Gordon and Celine Tang. The Tang family and its affiliates are also the largest unitholder group in Suntec REIT, collectively holding approximately 36% of its units.
