The fund is actively managed and uses strict loan criteria to build a quality portfolio of diversified loans secured by Senior Secured over real property assets in Australia. Strict loan criteria include shorter duration loans typically 6 -24 months with a weighted average loan duration of 12-13 months. conservative max loan LVR of 67% and target weighted average LVR of 50-60%. Preference for residential property as security. Maximum 20% limit on construction and vacant land loans respectively.
