The Fund will look to provide Investors with defensive returns over time by acquiring a portfolio of assets that are: • critical, either to the overall operation of the tenant’s business, or servicing a broader role within the sector they sit within; • considered defensive in nature on account of the integral importance of the property to the operations of the respective tenant; • have a bias towards income from long-term leases with regular per annum rent reviews.
