The Fund achieves the investment objective by entering into total return swap (TRS) agreements with Challenger Life Company Limited ABN 44 072 486 938, AFSL 234670 (Challenger Life) in its capacity as swap counterparty whereby Challenger Life agrees to pay each unit class returns equal to the specific index referable to that unit class, plus a margin, and the Fund pays Challenger Life the return, that is referable to that class of units, of the underlying portfolio of assets of the Fund.
