The Fund will seek to deliver this return through investment over the long term primarily in residential property throughout the United Kingdom. The Fund has been recently formed and will indirectly hold interests in a number of properties as a result of the acquisition by the Fund of substantially all of the interests (whether directly or indirectly) in Fund III and Fund IV, subject to approval by special resolution of members in each of those funds (‘Fund Consolidation’).
